With the solo exhibition, en-soi, pour-soi, pour-autrui, Es presents an installation about vulnerability of the mind - through three phenomenological states. Es embarks on a new phase of investigation, exploring space and mind, the external and the internal, through a visualization of psychological vulnerability, and the strained, anxious struggle therein.
In the basement of Kofoeds Skole, Es creates a space to reflect and confront the complexities of the mind, with the hope of demystifying the subject through dialogue, visualization and representation. With an experimental approach, they seek towards illustrating the common and subjective narratives about mental health. With this work, Es explores a way to radicalize self-care, and create a space for temporal togetherness and solidarity.
